Current Open Project Bids

The City of Dasher is accepting sealed bids for landscaping services at the city park. The project consists of furnishing and installing Brodie Cedar and/or other landscaping materials along the park fencing to provide visual privacy, improve appearance, and assist with reducing traffic and surrounding noise.

Scope of Work

The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to:

• Installation of privacy landscaping along designated park fence lines
• Selection and planting of Brodie Cedar and/or shrubs suitable for South Georgia climate conditions (the city will accept additional recommendations)
• Use of plant species that are drought tolerant, low maintenance, and capable of thriving with limited water availability
• Preparation of planting areas, including grading, soil preparation, straw, and cleanup
• Installation of an irrigation system if required to ensure plant survival and healthy establishment
